By integrating movement, mindfulness practices, resilience-building activities, and peer support, our well-being lessons aim to foster a sense of community and belonging. Workshops for students can include a range of well-being topics such as navigating friendships, emotional regulation, understanding our behaviour, Relationship and Sex Education, and staying safe online.
